The plan
Land, check in and head out: Republic Square, the Cascade with its views of Ararat, Northern Avenue, the Genocide Memorial, Mother Armenia and the Opera House.
Lake Sevan and Sevanavank Monastery, the Tsaghkadzor ropeway, Kecharis Monastery, the wooden balconies of old Dilijan and Haghartsin Monastery in the forest.
Charents Arch and its view of Ararat, the Greco-Roman Garni Temple, the basalt columns of the Symphony of Stones and Geghard Monastery, cut into the cliff.
The giant stone letters of the Armenian Alphabet Monument, Saghmosavank on the edge of the gorge, Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari, high on Mount Aragats.
Check out and enjoy free time in Yerevan, perhaps the Vernissage market for souvenirs, then the airport. There is no tour vehicle on this day.

Land at 11:25 and take a private transfer to the hotel (check-in from 15:00). The rest of the day is free to explore the centre.
North to Tsaghkadzor, the "Valley of Flowers", with an optional ropeway ride (about AED 45). Then the blue water of Lake Sevan and the green mountain town of Dilijan.
The Cascade and its city views, Mother Armenia, the Opera House, Republic Square and the Vernissage open-air market for carpets, art and souvenirs.
Breakfast, check-out and a private transfer to the airport for the 12:15 flight to Sharjah.
